Sara is a mobility specialist, personal trainer, and dance instructor based in Vancouver, BC. She draws from her extensive knowledge of the human body and her diverse dance background as an instructor, choreographer, and performer to create well-structured classes and training programs. Sara specializes in mobility training and strength & conditioning for dancers. Her experience includes working with not only dancers, but also with other high level national athletes in various sports, as well as Olympic athletes. Her focus is on providing the education and training necessary to strengthen joints, increase range of motion, and mitigate injury. Her goal is to guide her students and clients on the path of strength and resiliency, ultimately providing them with the tools for a successful future in their craft.

- FMS Level 1 Certified – Functional Movement Systems
- IBBFA Certified Instructor – International Ballet Barre Fitness Association
- BCRPA-CPT – Registered Personal Trainer and Weight Trainer
- AIDT Advanced Associate II for Tap with the Association of International Dance Teachers

Sara’s performance credits include television, film and live performances. Sara has worked as an on-set dance coordinator and choreographer for short films and music videos (Iridescence, Kaleidoscope, Serpentine Fire/Raiel). She has danced in music videos for Ash Koley, Jessie Farrell, Marianas Trench and Hey Ocean; appeared in TV Commercials for TracFone, Avocados from Mexico, Zoosk, Never Stop Milk, and has performed in numerous shows and events throughout Vancouver. She is also training and performing internationally with Bravo Dance Company on the Semi-Pro Salsa Team.

Sara teaches competitive and technique classes, as well as conditioning and mobility classes, throughout the lower mainland; continuing to expand her knowledge and experience in the world of dance and fitness
